Customer Service Agent

Your responsibilities

  • Listen and assess the needs expressed by customers who phone the call centre and respond to requests encompassing the full range of the customer experience (invoicing, remote monitoring procedures and events, technical questions and problems, and other issues)
  • Follow up on requests sent to the various departments
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions in terms of products and services
  • Complete required transactions in customer files

Our requirements

  • Perfectly bilingual (French/English)
  • Customer service experience
  • Available during call centre hours of operation: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM and on Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM

Installation Technician

Full-time position, Monday to Saturday schedule

Our requirements

  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Knowledge of computers and/or electronics and/or electrical systems is an asset
  • At least 2 years of experience in security product installation

Description of the position

  • Carry out installations, add-ons and/or repair security systems, including programming and service launch
  • Apply all installation standards for security systems
  • Complete various reports relating to service provision
  • Explain how the system works to customers and make sure they understand

Telemarketing Agent
